    I hired *********************** his wife ****** and their subordinate staff to build a website for my business with the explicit delineation that the business owns the website and has the hosting and access to it. The website is now complete and **** and his wife and their subordinate staff refused to release the access or hosting to the website. Attached is the contract that *********************** signed acknowledging that for payment of $50,000 for the development of the website I would own it directly.**** is either attempting to directly steal $50,000 or something very suspicious otherwise is going on.Any attempts to contact **** via phone or email or through his calendar app are immediately canceled or swipe to left or unanswered.I was able to get a hold of his subordinate staff **** and **** confirmed that **** was not answering our contacts.

    ******************** did hire us to create their website and the site is paid for in full. The issue is he hired us to do search engine optimization on that website and he signed a 12 month agreement as anything, less than a 12 month campaign is a waste of time and money. Within the first six months we took them from page 3 on ****** to the number one spot for their targeted keywords. See the attached screenshot. Getting an auto repair company to the top of ****** in less than six months in a highly competitive market is nothing less than miraculous and I wish we could do it for all of our clients. Anyway, this client is very unhappy and wants their website which I am anxious to give them as soon as they pay their last months SEO. The reason I require a 30 day written notice for cancellation because all of the work is done one month prior to the month it needs to be posted. Legally, we don't have to let them out of their agreement, but we are happy to see them go. All of us get customers like this every now and then.
