5 starsLiberty was recommended by a neighbor and friend.Sales person come out - measured and provided a quote.Installation was within just a few weeks. Everything was as promised.***** and **** were professional and cleaned up when the job was complete.The explained the process to us, ask questions, and provided instructions on care and operation of the remote.We were completely satisfied!Review fromJOHN L

I had a part break on my shade, I called & they quoted me $100.00 for a new part & $150.00 for service call. OK, they came & installed a USED part they found in bone yard. I asked what is the price of the USED part, they said $100.00 same as new part. Is that fair? I think not, they would not come down for a used part. BEWARE bait & switch on parts.

A used part should not have been used for this service. We have refunded the full amount paid for the part and management has contacted the customer.
