    My sister and I went in to buy a dress for a quinceera at this store the party is 4/20/24. I paid $500 for a remake of the same dress of the quinceaera for a smaller girl age 6.i paid $400 for the deposit The owner told us we would have the dress ready a couple days before the party, when I went to pick up the mini dress, the dress was not ready. I waited for about an hour for it , it sounded as if they were working on it in the back room .finally they show me the dress and it was not well done, it looks horrible not stitched correctly and does not look nothing like the dress we agreed to buy. I refused to buy the dress as it was not what we agreed on. I have pictures of the quinceaera dress and the dress he re made to comprar how awful it looks. I asked for my deposit back and he said no he would only give me $200 back I mentioned that was not fair and needed back my $400. He went on telling my sister saying he would not return my deposit and calling me a liar. So unprofessional and upsetting. I paid for good quality work I trusted this company and they have failed me.

    I have not hear back from this complaint? The owner made a threats to my sister that he was going tosue us .

    I would like my deposit back, how can we speed the process?
