    They removed me from classes because I did not hang up a wand after taking UA and talked back to staff member who was the managers granddaughter. Not only did the granddaughter start with ************** stating she was not the one who dropped my test when I mistakenly spilled it in the toilet. Once I respond back in the same tone she spoke to me in I was the one being disrespectful when she is the one who began being rude first when I simply asked if I could return later and not have to repay due to my financial circumstances. Im not the only one who this staff member has been rude to and talked down to like we are children. I think it was wrong to be taken out of my classes for UA that had nothing to do with my treatment with them. Also Its extremely hard to get into new places for DV treatment with long waiting lists and expensive intake fees. Not to mention I had only one class to complete before I was finished for my probation. I have completed a total of 36 classes as well as paid over $1500 dollars to be in treatment. I feel like I was wrongly discharged and the place needs new staff members who actually know how to treat people like human beings. Very unprofessional staff and even more that they are mostly family staffed. The manager ******** would not even hear my side of the story just listened to whatever her granddaughter had to say and discharged me with no questions asked.
