  Mile High Ducts did a great job at our farm house. We have a lot of dust and dirt out here on the farm. We had Mile High clean our ducts about every 6 months to keep up with the dust/dirt. They are ******************* and courteous. They are a family owned business that you can tell takes pride in their work and customers. We can always trust that they will do an amazing job, be on time, and trust in their pricing. Owner is very up front about pricing and what needs to be done. He also respects that if something cannot be done up to his standards he will let you know. For example our dryer vent / duct was getting a little worn out, he explained that he didn't feel comfortable cleaning as possible would tear. Suggested we have repaired and he would come back out and clean when we are ready. They also have very competitive and affordable pricing.

  We just bought our house July 21th 2022. We had Migh high come out and do vent cleaning on Aug 10th. Had my Father come over let them in. My ring door shows they were from 4:07pm to 5:10pm. ****** stated it would take 3 hours to do air duct cleaning... but done in 1 hr... After there vacuums blew a breaker for 15 min and find 2 screws in there vacuum hose that they said was from their previous job. Pictures have been taken that the A/C and furnace tech took and said it was not acceptable on how dirty our vent still were. Let ****** know we didn't think it was done right and changed our review. Then was contacted by ****** with texts stating that we were dirty scum bags (even after I explained we just moved in) then proceeded with horrible language calling me a ****** ****** ****** Never thought a family owned business would do business this way. I've posted all the screenshot and picture. Think/run before using this company!

  Originally received a call from ****** to book the job. When we arrived at the job there was a gentleman there that said he was ******* stepfather then he said he was his father-in-law. This gentleman watched us for over three hours start to finish. When we were finished ****** shows up takes a look around congratulates us on what a great job we did pays us and leaves us a five star review. In the basement next to the furnace there were two vents That were oddly covered up we were told by the supposed father-in-law not to mess with those. ****** the supposed wife then calls us late on a Friday night after business hours demanding a refund After showing us pictures of the vents that were covered up and they told us not to mess with. We notified ****** and ****** that we would gladly come back out and re-clean the vents they told us not to clean but it would have to be sometime next week never heard from them again but we did get a one star review what a scam! Read all of our other five star reviews on ****** and yelp we also have the top pro moniker on HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack..

  ****** keeps stating he was cleaning the ducts for over 3 hours but this is not true what so ever. According to my ring doorbell, ****** and his sons were there for about an hour. On top of that, my father-in-law stated they blew a breaker and it took about 10 minutes for them to figure it out. Needless to say with them setting everything up and packing everything back in there truck, they maybe took 45 minutes cleaning my air ducts. With the square footage of my house ***** it should have taken them longer then even the hour they were there.

  My Housecall Pro receipt for the booking software that we use says that we were there for over three hours I also have a signature from your Dad signing off on the work before we started and signing off on the work when it was completed your husband ****** also showed up spoke with us for a while inspected the work paid us and literally left us a five star review on ****** before we left the property.
