    I ordered a pair of sneakers and was surprised, when they arrived, to find they were one size too small. I checked the order, and indeed the order reflected the too-small size (M10 instead of M11). Odd, I know my shoe size and have never ordered a size too small... but I figured I'd return or sell locally and rebuy. I visited the same sneaker on their website, clicked M11, add to cart... SURPRISE M9 added to cart. Could not believe my eyes. Tried it again M11, add to cart, now 2x M9 shoes in cart. I am convinced this is what happened the first time around, and feel completely scammed. Their system appears to adjust orders to match whatever inventory they have left, customer preference be damned. Not sure why they both to ship anything in the first place. ******.

    Only received half my order. Placed my order weeks ago with no tracking number received and no order received yet. Sent messages on all their social media platforms, emailed them, called them and left a message and used their chat support on their website with no response either. Such crappy customer service! They take your money and dont ship your items so the only thing you can do is dispute it with your credit card company.Such a scam!

    Ordered socks and joined their rewards program only to be spammed with texts. My mistake but when I finally opted out I also found that the deep discount coupon codes they were sending via text didnt even work. Its some sort of ploy to just get people on their site. Males sense as they have a lot of great natural, organic, Mom-owned, you name it products.Just disappointed by the aggressive and misleading offers this company sends out.
