    Envie una encomienda a mi pais , con estas ******** , eran 4 cajas entre medianas y grande el da 10 de noviembre del 2024, segn llegaran aproximadamente en 1 mes , e lo que ellos te dicen, mis cajas llegaron el da 19 ******** del presente ao , pasaron casi 5 meses en llegar, no obstante a eso del 100% de las cajas llego un 40%, prcticamente todo o lo de ms ***** fue robado , quiero que me respondan por mis cosas , tengo facturas de casi todo algunas las perdi por el tiempo, tengo las facturas que entregan al momento de llevarles las cajas , perd casi 3000$ , sin meter los 630$ qu me cobraron ellos por enviar mis cajas , han sido muy inrresponsable , no e tenido una respuesta ************** de ellos , tengo fotos de como envi mis cajas y fotos y videos de como llegaron , quisiera que puedan hacer algo , porque les puede seguir pasando a ms ********

    Buenas tardes, la seora envi  con nosotros  4 cajas las cuales fueron entregadas, la seora aleja que no  de su caja se perdieron pertenencias pero la seora vino a nuestra oficina y dijo que **** no **** facturas de las cosas y que **** se iba a inventar facturas para que nosotros le pagramos y eso lo tenemos en video grabado, de igual manera en nuestra factura esta estipulado que no nos hacemos responsables por artculos que aduana decomise, voy a pasar al abogado esta carta que me llego y los video de la seora para que nos indique que podeos hacer,  en video la seora indica que **** va a venir a la oficina todos los **** y que ****  tiene un grupo que armo para que vengan aqui a la oficina y tambin la seora trajo a otra persona para que entre ambas  reclamaran 

    por favor quiero que me indiquen que puedo hacer en este caso
