    They got me! Wish I would have looked up reviews on this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Took my money and never sent product. Emailed and they did answer once saying because of holidays there is delay in shipment. Reached out again and emails bounce back now. The receipt they initially sent had no description of the product I purchased, should have caught that red flag.

    I ordered items on Nov. 15, 2023. they took my money but nothing was delivered. They masqueraded as Temu. Trying to find my order was a joke, customer service was a joke, overall experience was nothing less than frustrating. I guess I am out 40 dollars. They need to be shut down, banned, tarred, feathered and run out of ******* on a rail!

    Total Rip Off and Scam!! Paid for order, actually got a receipt for the order. Contacted them after a month and they actually emailed back saying it takes longer for shipping due to customs. They even gave me a tracking number, etc. Still didn't hear from them checked the tracking number and it said it was in the US. Waited another week and checked again. Said it had been delivered. Didn't happen!!! I was home all day the 2 days before, the day of and 3 days after! Just a BIG SCAM!!! Emailed twice since them....email comes back undeliverable.

    Bought name brand candles from this sham of a company. They took all my money and then a few weeks later my card became compromise with unauthorized charges. After going online reading about this companys antics it informed readers that they sell your credit card information and our addresses so that they can use our info to steal identity. I think that they are the reason I had to cancel my card and get a new one . I feel like a fool but now I will never buy anything off of ******** and Instagram again. I hope this helps other people even though I got taken . $48.99

    Ordered an item through Newinyee,Inc and never received. I sent email to their customer service address and received a reply that order was in transit.Never heard anything more. When I tried to contact customer service again the email address wasn't valid.This is a scam.

    I've been scammed by this so-called Company NEWINYEE **** I ordered what I thought was 1:18th scale model cars and were never delivered but a website by the name "17Track" was supposed to be the shipper. I sent multiple emails and all of them were returned to me and no phone number listed for this company.Don't purchase anything from the name NEWINYEE ****
