    An order was placed on 04/03/24 for an orange butterfly latch-hook rug pillow case 17" x 17" in the amount of $33.63. Item #00068318. I did not receive an email order confirmation number for tracking or information about estimated delivery date. I received an email stating that Veirousa got my order and that I they would give me an additional 20% off if I shop some more. I asked for an order confirmation, and they asked me for a copy of a transaction slip or payment voucher. I provided them with transaction information from my bank. I asked for a refund twice. They then sent me another email response on 04/05/24 asking for more personal information such as an alternative name and email address that may be associated with this order. I told them I gave them all of the information I have and that I wanted a refund. Received another response stating that package was processed. No information about tracking, estimated delivery date, or if and when it had shipped. They finally emailed me a bogus order number hyperlink (478523-00068318) that takes me to some strange web site where everything is in Chinese and there is no way for me to locate or track my order. This is a fraudulent operation, and I request a full refund immediately.

    I ordered two items from Vierousa on December 4th, 2023 Order Number ********. It was for two latch hook pillow kits I intended to give as a christmas gift. As of December 27th, I had not received the item and began corresponding with the company via email (no contact phone number is listed on the website). The only response I got was confirmation it was being shipped.I received my package around January 9th. At that point I started emailing the company again about returning the items for a refund. They asked for photos of the items I ordered, which I sent. After about a dozen emails back and forth, I have yet to get the return address for the items and confirmation that I will receive a refund.

    Purchased in early December for Christmas presents. Only emails I got where saying items we shipping. They finally arrived second week of January. I thought the items were coming from ******** where the business seemed to be located on the website. The products came direct from *****. There was number phone number to call, I emailed multiple times with confusing responses.

    I ordered a latch hook pillow on 12/9/23 with the promise of it arriving before Christmas. Today is 12/28 and I still have not received the item. I have repeatedly emailed the company asking for an explanation and there response to 5 separate emails is no worries - it has shipped. I finally asked for my money to be returned and they said they cant do that because the item has already shipped. I am not even sure this is a real company at this point.

    Holiday shopping, ran across this add for latch hook projects. Ordered some as Christmas presents. I was fraudulently charged $165.66 on Nov 17, 2023. Continuously says my items have been shipped. Customer support claims there isnt anything they can do as items have been shipped despite them being ordered almost 2 weeks ago.
