    I purchased two Christmas items on on 12/27/23. The cost totaling $40.89. I never received an email with a order number. I was charged but never received any kind of confirmation shipping information nothing and cannot get through to anyone on their website. I have sent emails and no one gets back to me and still have not received the product.

    I ordered 2 food boards Dec. 4th, total *****. I never received them. Emailed them many times, they always said they will check, then emailed, it will be delivered soon. I finally asked for a refund several times, then they said they had been delivered. I emailed back, saying no & I want a refund. Last email said, they would check into it & have never heard back from them. This company is a scam, I want a refund of *****. Shame on them.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from this company. I purchased a scooter in December and have yet to receive it. It says it has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found! The only number I have to track it is a Chinese tracking number so clearly they just took my money! I am disabled so I can't afford this crazy mess!

    I never fall for these scams but this time I did. Ordered a scooter on 11-5-23 and have never rcvd it. I returned email once and was told it was on it's way. Have tried several times later and email address does not exist anymore. Have called the phone number and they do not answer phone. As a matter of fact they keep rejecting calls. Don't even deserve a star.

    Ordered and paid for a motorcycle lift. It never arrived even though their tracking company says it did. Scammed I guess. I have the order confirmation, payment receipt and tracking info. Emails are coming back undeliverable.

    Ordered and paid for a ride on scooter that never arrived. Their email and phone numbers are phonies. I'm reporting them to BBB.**************
