    Purchased services on 8 August 2022. Its a recurrent plan unless cancelled. Upon initial transaction I only wanted to use the services for one more so I cancelled immediately after the charge went through. I was displeased with the site materials and did not intend on renewing. Unfortunately, ********** website continued to charge me the next month, and the one after that, until I noticed a DESKTOP TESTPREP on my credit statement. I traced it back to **********. I contacted the vendor and I refunded me the most recent charge however, could not provide me with an invoice for either September or October. They refused to refund the entire amount when they attempted to dodge payment, and when I caught them filibustering they stopped contact.

    On March 6th, I bought one month of access for my daughter to study ACT materials because she was taking her ACT test in early April. I did not notice in May, but I was charged again in April. In May, I saw a charge on my credit card for something called Desktop Prep out of ******. My son goes to college in ******, so I thought it was something for him, and did not connect the dots that this was another charge from **********. It was not until yet another charge in June that I realized it was ********** that had now charged me 4 times. When I contacted them, they said I was outside the grace ****** window and that they could not refund me. They can clearly see that my daughter had not logged in. They are deceiving potential customers by hiding the fact that you are signing up for monthly billing, making it seem like you are buying one month of access. Although I'd like to be refunded, even more important is warning others of their deception. A $50 purchase, turned into $200 and the product itself is riddled with errors. The poor quality is yet another issue.
