    I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were very prompt in responding over email and JC the owner and **** came out to quote within 24 hours when I needed a response quickly for a real estate transaction. These guys could not figure out why the current egress windows weren't working and worked hard to figure it out. FOR FREE!! Walked away without giving us a quote to replace the windows but fixed the issue on the spot. Kind, courteous, clean and such a high level of service. You just don't get this kind of service from most companies any more. They will be my first call and only call any time I need egress window support. Thank you again, ** and ****!     Egress, Inc., installed two above ground windows in our house through an ICF foundation wall. They work had several glitches due to the extensive rebar within the **** but in the end all issues were resolved the windows look great.

    We appreciate our customers taking the time to post reviews of our work! Yes, when installing new windows into an ICF foundation even the required engineering report often cannot prepare you for things you may find. In this particular situation what had been anticipated in the original engineering for one opening was much different than what was found. We immediately called back the engineer to ensure that we properly supported this opening structurally and completed the project for our customers.
