Our Guarantees. Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee any client a job.However, we do stand behind our services with the following guarantees:
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We will make any modifications, revisions and/or edits that you desire to the deliverables presented at the Creative Presentation and Planning Session (CPPS) to your satisfaction. If in the rare event you are not satis?ed with your defined action plan and materials (resumes, content, personal marketing website, and other deliverables) at the time of our CPPS, you may request and we will provide a refund of any fees you paid to us, less the Engagement Fee. The right to request a refund is effective and only exercisable up to and including the day of the CPPS.
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: After 45 days (Management} or 55 days (Executive) from your campaign launch, you may request and ECP will initiate the Performance Guarantee. As part of our Performance Guarantee we will thoroughly review your campaign. We will determine if any of the following actions are needed including but not limited to creating a new action plan, redoing your resumes, letters, personal marketing website and any applicable distributions.
