    This location confirmed the date via text, but not the time. Only that I wasnt using a Groupon. On the day of, as I made my way to my appt I received a text stating I had missed it. I called immediately, they apologized, and was rebooked at my original planned time. When I showed up to my appointment the women at the desk stated they were charging me a $90 no show fee, that their call service had managed the reservation so it wasnt valid, and that the owner of Cherry Creek DekaLash was refusing me service so the no show fee would stand by the terms of their service agreement. They should be absolutely ashamed.

    Deka lash is a Waste of your time and money! Dont even think of booking your appointment with this company, especially at the ******* location. I have booked my appointments here multiple times and gave them the benefit of doubt but no more! My extensions would last less then a week. I would get correction services for free but even then it wouldnt not last. I dont have the time or patience to continue to give Deka lash my business.
