    Date of transaction was November 2nd at 8 am.Amount of transaction was $200.00 cash - payed in advanced to Outlashed LLC owner ****** ******.Made payment in advanced for next coming appoinment which never ***************** has an 8 hour cancellation policy - Cancelled appointment 4 days before schedule-Ask owner to write me a check for the amount I gave her on November 2nd 2024 which she denied pay me back.

    Hello, ******* *********** has been a client of mine sense June 2024. I have been providing lash services on her and her daughter *********. She requested a lash removal October 20, 2024. Which at that date she pre-paid for a full set of mega volumes to put back on when she was back from ******. As stated on my website I do not offer refunds for pre-paid appointments or gift cards which is standard business practice in this industry. She then rescheduled due to weather then rescheduled again and again then went ahead and canceled all of her and her daughters pre scheduled appointments. Which then she requested a refund and I stated my policy to her and that she may come back in whenever to receive her pre-paid service
