- There are no exchange provisions considering the nature of the business. We do require 1/2 down prior to installation scheduling. If a job is cancelled before any work has begun on the job, including but not limited to, permits; boundary location verification; delivery of materials or any building work or expense to Elcar we may provide a full refund within 60 days of written cancellation of job. Any expenses incurred by Elcar would reduce refunds.
