    We had a small fence installed about 2 years ago, replacing a 20+ year old fence that finally gave up. After 2 years the new Standard fence is already falling apart. "Not covered by warranty" they say. Spend your money elsewhere - I don't care about "warranty" - do your job with quality materials and workmanship, and if there's an issue, fix it. These folks do not. There are screws scattered on the ground as the fence disintegrates. Took more than a day to even get a response from them and eventually I was offered someone who works "one the side" to repair their own work.

    ************** called Standard Fence Company called us on March 30th (Thursday) at 2:09PM to inform us that the fence we had installed in 2021 had been damaged by the wind at his home. He was informed that a his sales representative would get back to him as soon as possible, if not by that afternoon then the following day at the latest. Our sales representative did call him back the following day, Friday March 31st. ************** was informed that the fence damaged was not under warranty as the fence was damaged by the wind, but we could have an employee, that does repairs on the side, give him a call to get that repaired sooner then we could. He was not happy with this solution and insisted that we get someone out there that day to repair the fence. It was again explained that this wasn't an warranty issue as the fence was damaged by wind, aka "act of God".  On March 30th and 31st, the metro Denver **** was under a Red Flag Warning for extreme wind speeds of 60mph and gusts up to 90mph. This is out of Standard Fence's control to repair a fence for free that is 2 years old damaged by wind. If ************** would still like to have us repair the fence, we can send someone out there to repair, but the fence repair will not be free. but at cost.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The previous fence survived 20 years of "Acts of God".  This one survived two years.  Yeah, it's windy here, that's why the replacement fence was the "high wind" version.  Fixing it myself this weekend.  Then sharing my experience with every consumer reporting organization I can find.
