      I had a ***** account with this company but in order to use that account to make payments for anything (the entire point of a *****) I had to open a checking account. Turns out when you pay off the ***** they don't close the checking account and charge you a monthly service fee. Now an account I didn't know was open is impacting my credit and I can't close it without finding a branch to go to since nothing can be done over the phone as the account is overdrawn.

      My ATM/Credit card was canceled on November 29, 2022, due to my wife discovering fraudulent charges. As of December, ************************************************** wait, someone also decided to cancel my wife's card also, even though she didn't have any fraud concerns. Nobody cares. Nobody has an explanation. It's obvious that a working family is not on anyone's radar.
