    If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a leak and called them to inquire. We were told over the phone on that call ESTIMATES ARE NO CHARGE. They came and did their estimate, some how managed to get me to agree to leaving a machine here, and then when we told them we wanted more to time to speak with insurance they billed us FOR THE ESTIMATE and the machine. I get the machine, thats my bad for not asking more questions before agreeing to him leaving it. BUT THE ESTIMATE CHARGE, SCAMMERS. Beware!!! Their estimates are NOT free of charge.
