  Awesome guys. Came home to a major water leak and ****** showed up within an hour and got straight to work and worked well into the night to get the drying process going. They kept me informed on everything they were doing and have been great to work with. Would highly recommended them

  All the *** staff weve interacted with on the telephone or in-person have been great communicators. They take their time to explain what they will be doing and do an excellent job leaving things in good condition. Weve been very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend their services!

  I worked with Colorado Cleanup services in febuary of 2023. They were friendly gave a great price and were helpful. Their contractors however went in and caused a large amount of water damage over two occurrences that cost me in the range of ***** dollars in which they took no responsibility whatsoever outside of putting fans in the residence. If you hire them expect poor quality work poor communication and for them to shove any problem or issue they cause under the rug.

  I hope this message finds you well. My name is *******************************, and I am the Chief Operating Officer at Colorado Cleanup Services. I wanted to personally address the concerns you raised in your recent one-star review of our company.
  First and foremost, I want to extend our sincere apologies for the water damage you experienced during our service in February 2023. As a company, we are deeply committed to providing the highest quality of service and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. It is disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations in this particular case.
  I want to address the incidents you mentioned from our perspective:
  Tuesday, 5/16 Incident: Our team was diligently working on the services you requested when an unforeseen accident occurred, resulting in a pipe being snapped and causing water leakage. We acted swiftly to shut off the water supply and promptly repaired the line. Additionally, we deployed air movers and extracted water from the affected bathroom to mitigate the damage.
  Friday, 5/19 Incident: During our investigation, it became apparent that the second incident, involving the toilet supply line failure inside the wall, was entirely unrelated to our services. I want to emphasize that Colorado Cleanup Services had no involvement in this specific event, as it was a separate plumbing issue.
  While we acknowledge that our responsibility extends to addressing and mitigating the issues resulting from our actions, we also understand that we cannot take responsibility for events that occur independently of our services. We also understand that you chose not to use our service to help mitigate the loss.  Nonetheless,we are deeply sorry for any disruption and inconvenience you experienced.
  At Colorado Cleanup Services, we take all customer feedback seriously. We are currently conducting a comprehensive internal review of our procedures to identify any areas where we can improve our communication,protocols, and problem-solving strategies. Our goal is to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
