    I ordered 3 Assorted Baklava with Pure Honey ?????? ????? ?????? ???????700g/1.54lb / Gift Box $39.99 each Total i paid $129.66 with shipping on 10 sep 2024. The order was supposed to be shipped as i payed extra for express shipping. They have sent me no confirmation whatsoever and i saw their reviews on ****** apparently they are scamming people. They are receiving payments but not shipping orders at all and delaying them very much compared to what they have presented on the website. Which is mid committement. Kindly i want my amount back. I messaged them they are not responding or picking up the phones

    The reason for our delay is we were out of stock of the product you ordered and as soon as they were back in stock we have shipped your items.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The product on the website was showing in stock, and there were not communication made to let me know it was out of stock. I repeatedly called and sent messages and left you voicemails. The ordered items were for a specific event on a specific day. Anyone who orders from you, is for a special event. No efforts were made to let me know the delay cause and no communication attempts were made. Show me the communication efforts to contact me or refund me the money for the delay you have caused.
