      The business practice needs to be evaluated. The business owner is very old school and traditional to the point where they discriminate against candidates who qualify for positions based on their appearance and experience. Never have I been discriminated against based on my professional experience. This business operates in the 90's and will not grow to its fullest potential because of leaders who are stuck in the past and lack innovation. Do better, its 2025, not 1965.
