    I purchased a used set of Polars General-full doors and half doors from a *********************** of ***** ************. He hired Ultimate Freighters *************** to ship the doors. On 9/20/23 I received a text message from managing director in charge of my shipment. ************************* ************. On 9/20/23 he gave me a tracking number USAAN057663769724UFX. He said it would be delivered by noon on 9/22/23. And that they were working on sending it out now. The cost of the doors were ******. We agreed on ****** and when I received the doors/upper windows that I would pay *********************** the remaining balance. All on text message. Carrier reference number 975-7844. I looked up their phone number ************. Called the number and got an answering machine. They finally called back and hung up on me. I would like to get reimbursed back for the ****** for the doors I never got.

    This company is set up as a scam to require people to send Zelle payments for fictitious shipping charges. The promise to refund your money once shipment is processed, but they do not. Their phone number is disconnected and they will not respond to you in their Chat window when you request your refund. This "company" is just a person who will simulate product sales and lure you into this fake freight forwarder. The same person then pretends to be the freight forwarder and will ask for additional payments for "stamps", documentation and custom charges.

    Someone sent me a package using this service! I had to pay a $125 returnable fee! Did not ever receive package and company will not refund my money
