      I fell victim to a scam orchestrated by ***********************. He initially contacted me via cellphone with an investment offer of $35,000 6 to 8 month period and received a pay back of $75,000 in his Lightspeed Trucking LLC around October 2022. The main reason I trusted ******** was because we served in the military and his trucking company seemed legitimate. During the 6 to 8 months we talked on the cellphone, Facetime, text, and email. Are text threads started in January ***** and ended in January 2024. On theses calls, text, and emails ******** provided graphs in PDF form to showcase purported growth, adding an illusion of legitimacy to the fraudulent scheme. After I attempted to inquire about the status of my investment and getting my money back. Wongshue ceased responding to calls and texts. He also tried to get me to take out more loans for more money.       I, ***************************, entered into a contract with Lightspeed Trucking and the company's owner, ******************* *****************, on July 28, 2022. The contract stated that I would lend Lightspeed Trucking $50,000 and Lightspeed Trucking would repay the loan in full by March 31, 2023. The due date passed, and Lightspeed has breached the contract for failure to pay back the loan by the due date. Additionally, all efforts to get in contact with Lightspeed Trucking or ******* have been futile. All his business license filings with the ******** Secretary of State and *** **** of ************** list the following address as the business and mailing address for Lightspeed Trucking: *******************************************************************. However, I contacted the property manager of that building and they informed me that as of the summer of 2023, ******* had terminated the lease. According to his most recent filing (10/24/2023) with ******** Secrety State, he continues to report that address as Lightspeed Trucking's physical and mailing address. We have attempted to call the company's phone number and it is disconnected. The address listed on the company's website is also false. If you enter the address listed on the company's website into ****** Maps it takes you to a *** location. All the contact information for the LIghtspeed Trucking that *********************** **** has listed is false and incorrect. He is intentionally misrepresenting the company's contact information so the people he has defrauded cannot locate him.
