    Received an email stating a pickup would be made at my address on 8-15-22. Time was between 8am and 6pm. No one showed up. After calling I was told this email was an auto generated email and that there was no one assigned to pick up my items. So after waiting for the entire day for someone to show up I was told no one was ever coming. I was told IT was working on it. I am still waiting for someone to ***************** and I am not happy with this company. I hope something changes fast so no other customers have to deal with there false emails.
