      This company is the worst, they don't tell you that they can reduce your available credit by just looking at your credit score. It doesn't matter to them that you make your payments on time and you pay more than required. They reduced my avalible credit and it made my credit score plumit 30 points.

      Furniture Row does not own or operate the finance company in which the customer has an agreement with. We have no control over credit scores or anything pertaining to payments, finances, or credit. They need to reach out to their finance company for further information.

      Horrible Service.Bought a Table, went to pick it up and the guy up front said go to the back and you will see "Dining" didn't see anything in the back of the store that said "Dining" I had to go to each dock and try to bang on the door and finally someone came out, I was at the wrong doc. There is nothing out there that says "Dining", as they is a bunch of Boxes covering the Door.Next, I'm still waiting for a Receipt and for some reason I got put on a promotional Ad so I get emails from them all the time, but NO Receipt yet. I called and talked to ***** and nothing yet.I also wanted to change to my company name on the receipt and ***** said NO, and I asked if I could return and rebuy under company name and they SAID NO. You are NOT Allowed to return furniture according to *****. BAD ***************** what is so hard about changing the name on a receipt to a company name. I will never shop there again, there are plenty of other stores to buy tables from.

      I called the customer to apologize for the way we made her feel. We can, and will change the header of her invoice as requested. I am just waiting for the customer to respond to my voice message. In case she did not receive my message please give her my contact information so I can get her taken care of.       I ordered furniture from Furniture Row Online in September. It is now late December, and I still have not received or had any communication from the store to schedule the delivery of ************* and TV stand that I am still waiting on. I find it pretty ridiculous that I spent hundreds of dollars on furniture and I have to wait this long for it to be delivered, or even for someone to communicate with me. I have called, texted and emailed several times with no response. I called the store in ******, and because the online store is a different store, I can't even cancel my order and get my money back to buy furniture somewhere else. I can't understand how they are still in business and haven't been sued because of how they relate to customers. I basically feel like I've been scammed out of my money. Needless to say, don't buy from furniture row online. Take your money elsewhere so you can actually get furniture on time when you pay for it.

      Ok, it looks like we addressed this the same day it came over via the bbb. With the phones being busy for holidays, I thinks she was upset we could not get her call in the que immediately. ***** was able to assist her that day. The notes show a cancellation due to the delay.We did reach her to let her know of the delay prior to this I do see. We have notes of that thankfully.The customer reached back out to us later regarding the matter, but in the end the piece was cancelled. We did communicate the news to them, but I understand as it did not make it by the holiday for them. I was addressed promptly. We were just waiting for the customer to call us back with how they wanted to proceed given the delay.

      I can confirm that furniture row online helped me cancel my order and I've received a full refund for everything. I rescind my original review and will say that they fixed the issue and I would consider purchasing from them again, although I'd probably order in-store to see if the shipping would have less of a delay. Thank you for resolving my issue.

      I purchased a whole bedroom set, I got 3 out of 4 items. I purchased this in July 2022. there have been numerous attempts and every time it gets delivered to the store I get a call that it was damaged, wrong color, and after that it has been damage more times! I have lost work days for supposedly a delivery and then I get a call saying its damage. I even called the day before I took off from work to ask them if it was good and the lady on the phone said yes. I took off from work and half through the day I get a call it was damage. I paid for this dresser and I want it. I am tire of the same excuses that its damage. They owe me my furniture undamaged and here we are in December 2022. I just got another email that it was damage, and it will take another 3 weeks by then it will be January 2023! It's time for someone up higher to get involved and someone needs to find out why the furniture is coming in damage?

      All was resolved and they were finally able to get me my furniture to me. I appreciate them for keeping in contact with me, while this was being resolved.

      Junk. Don't buy anything there. We bought 2 loveseats. Granted they were vinyl but not cheap. We have no children or pets. All we do is sit on these loveseats. They are starting to peel. It just comes off in strips. As I said, THREE years. Tried to get receipts as I lost ours. Was told at **** store they don't have one. Finally found someone who was able to find receipt and emailed it to me. When I contacted corporate they said warranty had expired and nothing they could do. I asked for the name of the manufacturer so I would not buy another of their products. NOTHING. Do not go there. JUNK. Service is bad also.

      We're sorry ************* is unhappy with his purchase from March of 2019. Unfortunately, once vinyl has cracked it needs to be repaired otherwise debris can eat away the finish and cause further damage and peeling. Luckily, this material can be repaired by a qualified technician and I have passed along the information for a repair company in his area.

      I received the company reply. I understand once vinyl cracks it just spreads. That is my point. Why did it crack? I had it 3 YEARS. No pets, no grandkids. My wife and I even rotated seats so that one side was not worn more than the other. All seats or headrests on ALL seats cracked. Seems to me material should last longer than 3 years. We paid $1200 plus apiece. Not a fortune but not bargain basement pricing either. AS I said, BUYER BEWARE. The repair person whose number I was given is not in business. Couldn't find them anywhere on the web.
