    This was an absolutely horrible experience for a pretty basic garage, 570 sq. ft. with storage. First, it took almost six months to build and that was mostly because *** was completely nonresponsive. The electrician spilled some of the paint that had been used to paint the garage and he reported it to *** immediately. Instead of taking care of it in a timely manner, the clean up did not happen until two weeks later because *** would not answer calls or voicemails. By that time the concrete was ruined. Someone eventually came out to clean it up but now it looks smudgy, like when you try to erase a pencil with an old worn out eraser.The next problem was the storage area we requested. For a company that has been around for quite some time, we did not think this was a big ask but apparently it was. Their idea for storage? Putting plywood across the rafters. There is maybe two feet from the plywood to the top of the roof in the center. Definitely not enough space for any kind of storage. *** could not be bothered by this and never even came by to look, even after he said he would. Their remedy for this nonsense was a paltry $750 discount. Let's talk inspections. The first inspection failed after the walls went up, then again when the gutters were installed, then again with the roof, and then the final inspection failed twice. So in summation, if you use these people you do so at your own risk, they really are an awful company with zero integrity.
