      We received quotes from several companies and decided to work with Harmony. They came to our home, took measurements, and discussed options with us. They followed up with a written quote that included a detailed breakdown of each component and the cost associated with each part. After we decided to work with them, they sent an invoice for a 50% deposit. The work was scheduled less than 48 hours later. Their customer service was exceptional. The installer (*******) was delayed when an earlier job ran over. ***** called us 30 minutes before he was to arrive to let us know, then updated us at regular intervals until ******* arrived. ******* stayed on our job until it was completed. ***** followed up the next day to ask if we had any questions, and to make sure we were pleased with the job. Only after we okayed the work did they send us the invoice for the remaining 50%. We are very glad we chose Harmony.
