    I would like to file a grievance against BRC Construction, **************** and ***************************. My signed contract with them on May 24,2024 was for a project that was supposed to take three weeks and cost 31K. Nine weeks later the remodeling project is still not complete and they won't finish it without an escalated amount to be paid now, rather than on what should be my final payment at last inspection. Basically I and my project are being held ****** until I meet their demands. I have attempted to negotiate in good faith with them and they even keep changing the amount due. I have been threatened with a lien on my property - with police when I asked them to remove their tools and supplies from the interior of my garage, My house has been broken into by them - property stolen and damaged.I'm a senior citizen and feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. Strange working hours included an overnight install of hardwood flooring from 5:30PM on June 15th until 5:30AM on Sunday June 16th. Several other times they were here until 1:30AM. Cigarette butts and beer bottle caps left disposed of on my property.The subcontractors that they hired are now showing up at my house - unannounced and texting me - begging me to pay BRC - so that they too can get paid.
