      We have a kitchen countertop that was cut incorrectly and so now our oven sits so far from the wall we can't open our kitchen drawers. On top of that, they did not reinforce a part of the countertop where the seam is, and now the seam is very visible, as we think the countertop has shifted. We have scheduled numerous times for them to come and fix these issues and they either don't call back or don't show up. When you start looking at reviews, you see they are good at avoiding fixing the problems they caused, but are quick to take your money.

      Giving extra star because I did receive the requested products in the end. However, I give so many strikes against Stone Crafters for the process. Picked out perfect remnants for my project. Asked sales rep to hold them while I make the templates. Returned 2 days later and bought the remnants from a different sales rep (helping out from ************) and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. After receiving no word after almost 4 weeks. I left message with original rep for an update; no reply. Called again and was told that 1 of the 2 remnants sold to me was previously sold and asked me to return for a replacement choice. No apologies and a wasted 4 hours off the site for me. "We don't hold remnants without payment," was her excuse. Fine. Would have been nice to be told that on Day 1. After weeks, I repeated the no-call-back routine and finally got word from front desk rep that tops would be ready the next day. Arrived 2 days later, but they forgot to cut the eased edges. Had to hang out in the area for another 4 hours. Still no apologies. Finally got tops, but the beveled the edges instead of eased. Accepted the outcome out of frustration. Finally, got a "thanks" from sales rep upon loading. Almost 2 months and many hours of wasted time to get 2 bathroom tops made, while it took IKEA to measure and install my huge kitchen countertop in 3 weeks.

      This company will try to steal your money. After reading the contract we decided to not sign and asked for our deposit back. We have asked for a refund about 2 weeks ago and they have not issued nor contacted us. Thankfully we used a credit card and were working with ***** to get our money back.
