    We hired Trace to remodel our kitchen and add new flooring and new railings to our home. We found him on *****'s List so assumed his work was approved and recommended by them. I have since learned more about *****'s List and that is not the case. He and his crews were not reliable about showing up for work and workers were few and far between. The quality of the work was inferior and incomplete. The job ended up taking far longer than promised. We ended up paying several thousand dollars over our contract amount to be able to get our countertops installed and complete the work he left undone. We had to hire someone else to clean up the mistakes and finish the work for *****. It was terribly disappointing and expensive. We would not recommend Trace for a home remodel.

    I hired Trace *****, owner of Denver's Handyman and his so called crew to do a remodel job on my house earlier this year. What a HUGE MISTAKE!!! Trace did NOT delivered the job that we had agreed on the contract. I mean, I don't know where to start explaining the horrible jobs that him and his "crew" did on my property. Painting was horrible, the unfinished bathroom/kitchen fixtures was poorly installed, the ceiling/wall work was unprofessionally done. And the list goes on.....His "Crews" kept changing every week. It felt like halfway through the project, his crew members changes every day. By the end Trace was hiring anyone walking on the street! I would find cigarette buds all over the yards from his crew members, that was not clean up at the end of project. Trace would always have excuses to get advance money to pay for the remodel. Then at the end would try to get more money from you by adding extra this, extra that to the total cost agreed. Again, I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel, or do anything to their property!! I got it contact info. from ******* list, can't trust anyone!HUGE MISTAKE....
