      They protect therapists by disabling review options so clients can't express their concerns. Clients are not protected and it's upsetting how they don't seem to prioritize clients rights.

      Healthgrades has my personal cellphone number listed as a North ******* hospital's phone number that is no longer operational. This has gone on for nearly 6 years of getting phone calls from people trying to get connected to the hospital. The hospital was bought out by another company and its name changed. I have contacted the new hospital they have tried reaching out to Healthgrades to help fix this error. I have reached out to Healthgrades by phone, email, messaged the company on their ******* and ******** profiles. They changed the area code for a short time then changed it back and I began receiving phone calls again. This is beyond ridiculous I am not changing my phone number that I have had since 2014. Just because no one wants to correct this error with the phone and is not correct for the listing and plus the hospital is no longer operational. I am not mad at the people that mistakenly call my number it is not their fault. The fault is solely on Healthgrades for not doing their due diligence and making sure this was the correct phone number.

      Healthgrades allows bad reviews made by patients to be removed. I happen to have had a terrible experience with a provider and others had made reports of similar experiences on Healthgrades. As soon as I submitted a report to the state health department all of the reviews were wiped clean from healthgrades and ******* Now some poor unsuspecting girl is going to be exploited by a perverted doctor!

      I am a physician. Healthgrades put my personal cell phone number on their website. No big deal right? I can get that taken care of - not. I attempted to access my account and had several issues, again no big deal, I will contact customer service. I did several times, no response back even though they state they will. Seems like a legit business but it is obviously not.

      Drs can ask to have negative comments deleted. Healthgrades is paid by the drs who have their profiles on Healthgrades. Obviously healthgrades will follow drs requests to remove true negative comments.

      Aweful, has wrong information and false data in the review account, unable to answer or correct an impression, some patients have put in reviews for another buisness with the same name , this is a scam website to try to get traction and they want money from physicians so access their profile, that is blackmail

      Absolute garbage website that creates profiles against peoples will with little to policing of inappropriate and slanderous reviews.
