      My account balance is over $300 as they have twice incorrectly billed my insurance (Tricare West, I am on the Tricare Select plan) which has resulted in the office thinking I am uninsured.The most recent statement has two balances, one from 5/22 (which based on previous conversations with *****, the practice manager, I thought had already been resolved) and one from 7/29 which is a new additional balance.The two claims I see are:315904288 and ********* Twice they have mis-billed my insurance resulting in incorrect, and high, bills because they come out as me being uninsured. They even insisted by telling me that I am not insured or I needed a referral to see my primary care doctor (I am insured and I do not need that referral, as they also learned). Even after I thought we resolved it the first time, my account still shows that I have a balance due on that bill. I had numerous calls with this practice and with my insurance regarding the first bill. Once the second bill for a separate visit came and I reached out, I never heard back. It has been 3 weeks since I reached out. At first the practice manager seemed really helpful but once the second bill came and the balance of the first was never resolved, she disappeared or the message was never passed along to her. I can't contact the practice manager directly, I have to call during business hours and hopefully get transferred to her. I also can't leave a message.I really do not want these bills to go to collections as they are incorrect and the office knows they are incorrect but I'm at a loss as to what to do.
