    Date of transaction: 11/22/2022 Amount paid: $ ***** Furnace *************** installation.Model# CAPF1824A6BA Serial number: ********** This equipment is a small size of furnace Issues:1. 11/22/2022 When the equipment was turned on on 11/22/22, I told the technician that the furnace was very loud. His reaction was, "yes, it is," but he did not do anything about it. I understand it will not be w/o noise, but this is very loud, and I cannot hear the tv, and I constantly wake up at night, and the equipment is very hot.2. 11/25/22 Overcharge:I contacted the company on 11/25/22 because I believe that I was overcharged for the equipment and service. The average price for the same size: new equipment+installion is between $ 4,500-$ *****. This is verified with other ****** area providers. 2021 model:As you can see, the invoice does not reflect that the model is from 2021, and no serial number or identification information was sold to me.Noise:She ignored this issue.A female person picked up the phone and told me, "this is my problem," as I signed the agreement. I never signed any contract or agreement unless it was the invoice because I made the payment. She told me the manager would be back on Tuesday (11/29), and I would receive a call. I did not receive a call.11/30/22 Evening I called again. I talked to a very pleasant person who promised I would receive a callback, more likely the next day. I received a text message from ************************* (GM?) that he was available all night. I did not believe this issue could be solved over text messaging. 12/01/22 I had not received a call, I texted him that I was still waiting for his call. He asked how did I have the adicity to price check after they sold me the furnace. I told him that I would report the company for unethical business. He hung up on **** called customer service back, but the female hung up on **** called back again and now waiting for the price adjustment and fixing.
