5 stars****** and crew did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. I did see all the complaints on All the Better Business Bureau, but that was not my experience. They were great. **** and ***** were amazing at the install. They were able to do it install the same day to get heat and it was at 9 oclock at night.Review fromColette L

I agree with all the other reviews. They overcharge, try to find things to "repair", don't follow through with commitments and consistently cancel appointments. They scheduled 10 appointments with 5 being rescheduled by them. It took 5 appointments for the repairs and it is still not what i was quoted. They over promise and under deliver. I was promised a partial refund 5 weeks ago to make up for the inconvenience, but only have gotten excuses. DO NOT USE THEMJurassic Air LLC

****** and his team moved our furnace and installed a tankless water heater. When the water heater began leaking within a month of installation we attempted to get ahold of ****** for over 4 weeks. He wouldnt respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. Once we finally got in contact with him we requested that he personally fix the issues (not one of his employees) and that we have a county inspector come out when he was finished to assess the work to ensure it was to code. He refused after more delayed contact and several unprofessional phone calls. We were forced to have other companies come out and fix the issues that Ronnies team caused. The **** and plumbing companies that fixed our problems said the work Jurassic/Accuracy did was some of the worst theyd ever seen, fraught with safety issues, done incorrectly and incompletely. They even took photos for a weekly safety meeting to show what not to do. We found out ****** was using unlicensed electricians and unlicensed plumbers to do the work and never pulled any permits - the companies that fixed all the work confirmed this with the city. I would caution anyone looking to use this company. ****** is negligent and unprofessional at best.Jurassic Air LLC

Actually, no, there was never a resolution to this. This is the first we have heard from Jurassic since the month after attempting to get ahold of ****** in 2022. Unfortunately this untimely response does nothing to resolve the issues we had. I posted with the BBB months ago. After months of attempting to resolve the issue, as stated in the above review with the BBB, we had to seek assistance from other companies to fix the issues in our HVAC and plumbing systems. We requested a refund from Jurassic as we had to pay 2 other companies what we initially paid ****** to fix our systems, in essence paying for this job twice. If you want to fix the issues you claim to, a refund needs to be issued to us.Review fromSharon P

I am a 84 Y.O. single female, on April 11 ****** with Jurassic Air came for the yearly furnace check. I was 2 weeks post surgery for total knee replacement, and didnt go downstairs with him. He said I should get an air purifier and he would need a check for $3977 as he doesnt take credit cards. He never provides an invoice of the charges. After he left I knew that I should not have paid the full amount until the work was completed. I called the office to cancel and he called back saying he would lower the price to $3000. I reluctantly agreed. I also asked him about the furnace filter and he said there wasnt one and he would make an appointment to bring one which he never did. I had gone all winter without a filter. Months went by and I never heard from him. My brother died suddenly in June and I called the office to cancel due to the cost and stress of funeral arrangements etc. He kept talking about the ************************************************************************************************************** a check for $500 Monday and I reluctantly agreed. Then several days later the air filter system was quickly installed. The $500 check never arrived even after numerous calls to the office. After over a month I called the office and said I was taking them to small claims court and filing a complaint with the BBB. The check arrived a week later. I am the perfect customer for ******. Over the last few years he has replaced my furnace, and installed a tankless hot water heater. I am a Nurse Practitioner that has always worked in the ********************* if I treated any patient like ****** treated me I would lose my license!!Jurassic Air LLC

Jurassic Air, apparently formerly known as "Accuracy" - they likely changed their name due to so many irate customers as noted in these other BBB reviews - appears to be run by two people - *************************** (main technician/installer) and the "owner", ***************** They might be husband and wife. Based upon my experience, I agree with the adjectives used in other reviews, such as "thieves, scammers, incompetent". I will keep my story short so you can be on the lookout for similar issues. ****** was brought in to my home by a mitigation company to fix a 3-year old furnace this past winter. He claimed that it needed an $1,800 repair and that it would likely break down again. He recommended getting a new furnace for $6,500 to save money in the long run. I got the new furnace. I learned later that this furnace was the cheapest Rheem model and it replaced an expensive, more capable ****** unit. (The Rheem unit actually broke down about 3 months after installation.) This cheap model didn't have the capability to communicate with my ****** ** unit, so I had no working ** this summer. ****** said there was too much snow on the ground to check my outdoor ** unit at the time of the furnace installation to learn about any possible communication issues. ("Thief, scammer or incompetent"?) When I had him come out to fix the ** issue, he blamed the issue on my expensive ****** ** unit and recommended I spend $8,500 to replace the ** unit. I showed him the door. I had a reputable HV** company look at it and they created a solution to the problem ******/Jurassic air created. I gave ****** and Jurassic Air the chance to remedy my situation financially, but they did not reply to my two emails. I recommend that EVERYONE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM JURASSIC AIR AND *************************** AS POSSIBLE.Jurassic Air LLC

After requesting a refund verbally, in writing a small claim suit was filed with ******************, the date was set for 5/18/23. The representative *************************** did not show. I was Judgment was awarded to me which included the court cost and service fees. The Interrogatories paperwork was served on 5/23/23 with a 14 day to respond, no response was made to me or the court. On 6/24/23 a Writ of Garnishment was served to the bank in which I was told my check was cashed. When the bank responded it was stated that that company does not have an account there.Jurassic Air LLC

******, who said he owned the business, came for routing check up of heating and air. He said that the solenoid on the humidifier was broken. He also claimed that the filter for the furnace was installed incorrectly and the motor had to be taken out and cleaned. The also said there was a gas leak and that another part of the furnace needed to be replaced. He said it would also do a vent cleaning and the charge would be $2400. When I told him that I planned on getting a second opinion, he became angry and said I had insulted him by suggesting getting a second opinion and refused to finish checking the air conditioner. I got a second opinion and the report was that there wasn't a gas leak, that the wires to the solenoid had been disconnected as well as the wires to the humidity thermostat. I think he was attempting to scam me, especially knowing that I was a 66 year old woman that he thought he could pull the scam on.Jurassic Air LLC
