      Had a contract with them for a heat pump system and prepared quite some things I had to do for the agreed upon installation date. I also took a day off for the installation day. They didn't show and did not bother to call me until an hour into the appointment telling me that they did not get the equipment. I just got a "sorry" which you could tell from the snippy voice of the lady was not meant at all. Extremely bad people - I would stay away from that company.

      There was a delay from the manufacturer on the delivery of the equipment.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, especially as it led to the cancellation of your job.
      Unfortunately, we experienced unexpected delays from our manufacturer, which were beyond our control. We understand how crucial timely delivery is for your installation,and we take this matter seriously.
      To make things right, we are actively working with the manufacturer to expedite the delivery of your equipment. Additionally, we would like to offer you 5% as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
      We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Please let us know if theres anything else we can do to assist you.
