    I placed an order with this store on September 30, 2024 for a sectional costing several thousand dollars. Was told it would be delivered late November / early December. Not delivered until January. When finally delivered, they sent TWO right arms instead of a left and right arm. Had to wait until MARCH for the next delivery and once again, they sent another right arm! Now Im told the corrected piece will be delivered in JUNE! Ive spoken ***** the assistant manager as well as ******** the store manager and still nothing. Ive been in touch with someone in the field who supposedly could get this escalated. She (Twee) was no help. So now I still dont have what I ordered 7 months after making the terrible decision to purchase from this store! No one can provide a concrete answers! This has been a nightmare and the WORST experience ever!!
