      I PURCHASED A HOTEL STAY AT RAMADA BY WYNDHAM FOR JUNE *****ND AND PAID ***** RESERVATION *********** TRIP # *********** I CALLED THE HOTEL AND THEY STATED THEY WILL GIVE ME THE SAME ABOUT FOR A ADDITIONAL STAY ON JUNE ***** ND 5136B513249353 CONF 91957EE019708 I CALLED TO CHANGE THE DATES DUE TO NEEDING TO RESCHEDULE AND WAS SIGNED UP FOR A REWARDS PROGRAM I DID NOT WANT AND ASKED TO BE REMOVED AND TOLD AFTER THE AGENT SIGNED ME UP THAT I HAVE TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER TO CLOSE OUT AND THE AGENT TRIED TO SELL ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITHOUT HELPING WITH WHAT I EVEN CALLED ABOUT. AFTER DISCONNECTING I CALLED THE HOTEL AND TOLD TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION THAT I HAD PAID FOR IN WHICH THEY STATED THEY CANCELLED AND I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE ONE DAY WAS CANCELLED BUT NOT THE OTHER AND THAT I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE HOTEL STAY I DID PAY FOR. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ONE DAY THAT I DID PAY FOR WAS UN REFUNDABLE WHEN I PAID FOR IT BUT WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS TO BE REFUNDED WHEN THE AGENT CANCELLED IT AS I SPECIFICALLY ASKED SO I WONT BE CHARGED AND THEY CONFIRMED. TO FIND OUT THAT THE ONLY DAY THEY CANCELLED WAS THE DAY I ACTUALLY PAID FOR AND DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE OTHER DAY THAT WILL CHARGE MY CARD IS STILL RESERVED :/ pLEASE CANCEL FULL RESERVATION AND REFUND ME IN FULL AND OR GIVE ME CREDIT TO USE FOR A DIFF DAY

      Hi,Regarding my bookings for 2 rooms at the ***************************************************************: Ramada by Wyndham ******************/Country or Region: *******/******** Arrival: November 22, 2024 Departure: December 2, 2024 please find below points highlighting all the issues we had at the hotel:We opted for non-smoking rooms since our son has asthma but the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke even though there were no-smoking signs all over the place. I believe the guests didn't care about the signs and were smoking in their rooms which resulted in the ** system smelling like cigarette smoke.The rooms were filthy with cigarette ash on the furniture and bedsheets. The bedsheets where torn as well (Photo attached).The Wi Fi of the hotel wasn't working either so we couldn't communicate with anyone.The drain for shower was also clogged, the shower area got filled with water and the water started flooding into the bathroom.The bathroom was all molded as well including the shower and the sink areas.When we complained to the management, they tried to give us another room by masking the cigarette smell with an air freshener, plus the bathroom of the new room had the same plumbing *********** to a video documenting as much as possible is also attached in this email.We politely asked the management to check us out of the rooms and give us a refund but they declined. We only stayed at the property for only two hours and were still charged the whole amount for both rooms. Due to the unsanitary conditions we were not comfortable staying at the property with two small children with health issues. Attached is the video, photo and check out receipt.       I made a reservation at the Ramada by Wyndham in ********, ************, for 10/7 and became severely ill on 10/6 call and canceled my reservation. The company charged by credit card for the night stay of 126 and change. They wanted for 30 days and claimed on my credit card also none as fraudulent claim which I never stayed at this motel because I was extremely sick. I have tried to contact the manger in ******** to know avail. *** called numerous times trying to visit with the manager but of course always not in. I told the desk clerk that if he/she does call me back Ill go public with the fraudulent claim. This is the first step next will be internet and finally Bismarck newspaper.       I arrived at the hotel at 12:36 while getting into our room there were bugs smashed on the walls and food on the walls. I told house keeping and they laughed at me. I was entering the shower and there not being handles and being a disabled vet I slipped hit my head shoulder and sprained my ankle. I spent 4 hours of my night in the er at the VA getting X-rays and cat scans. I looked up on the Wyndham site and its there mid grade hotel I was and am very disappointed
