    I'd a sprinkler problem and asked them to fix 1 sprinkler head and change the sprinkler control box. They fixed them, and it is good, but they replaced the other sprinkler heads without my approval and charged $30 per head. (They definitely charged the 2 hours labor fee.)So I argued about why they changed the sprinkler heads without my consent, but they just kept asking me to pay. Anyway, I had given up fighting with them and I asked them to provide where they had replaced the sprinkler heads, and they promised to take a picture and share it with me, but they've NOT done this for 3 months and just asked me to pay the fee.I am sick and tired of this and I will pay tonight but want to let other people know how this company work.

    Hello *****, After inspecting your review id like to leave the following: The original visit was to repair an irrigation zone and to get it back and running. We went out to the property and noticed various sprinkler heads needed repair/replacement in order to have the irrigation zone properly functioning. We made an additional trip back to your property in order to explain the repair in detail to your tenant, from the location of the repairs to the new sprinkler heads used. Only after this did you ask for a set of images. Due to this request being after the work completion we unfortunately did not have any before and after images. Nonetheless we offered to have our technician go back out to your property yet another time at your convenience to explain the repair. You declined. We tried and are still attempting to do everything in our Power to rectify the issue and make sure you are satisfied.
