Hello,My name is *************************. I hired ***** of Diego's Landscaping to commence landscaping in my backyard on May 01, 2024. I hired his company to install artificial pet turf, a stone pathway built into the turf, a small fence with.a gate, and two additional small gates, and a pergola. The cost for this job which has been fully paid to ***** directly in cash is $13,500.00. I first reported problems of poor/incorrect fabrication/installation directly to ***** on May 07, 2024. I relayed to him that I was not in agreeance with the damaged wood he used on all of the gates. I reported loose pieces of wood, and missing nails. I asked him why he did not use deck screws instead of nails. He stated nails were the correct material for the job. I also reported the roof of the pergola was not laying in the direction we originally requested. I also explained that we needed to remove turf from around the base of my Chanticleer Pear trees. These are Therefore, on May 08, ************************************************************************* person at the job site. He disappeared from my job for approximately two weeks because he stated he was injured. On May 22, 2024 I sent him photos of damaged material on top of fences, uneven gate levels, large gaps at bottom of fence, and damaged pickets. This is also the same day he finished the entire job. He rushed through the repairs I requested but didn't finish everything. He told me he had a big job to start in *************** and would be able to return within the month to fix anything else still needed and to start a new project I wanted to have done. As of present day he is not attempting to make things right or honor his warranty on his workmanship. As of June 11, 2024 I had been contacting him for 10 days prior asking for him to come and proceed with the repairs. I sent him very detailed photos and descriptions of the issues. I also spoke to him in person before he finished the job and communicated the issues.
