    Defective, incomplete, and abandoned landscaping project performed at ***************************************************************** Contracted to install the Concrete and Artificial Turf for 20,083$ in total paid about 13,083$He started the concrete job but couldn't complete it since he did not use concrete pump and did a manual effort to pour the concrete with 1 adult and 3 kids (5 in total including him who was just directing). In the middle of the job the 2nd truck that was waiting to pour the concrete was dried before he could complete the first one and he couldn't finish the job. Later when I asked for the small part he said "completed" I asked him if that was 5-6" as mentioned in the contract and he said that the contract was only 4" and he tried to defend himself. When I showed him the contract he was surprised. Plus I also asked him why is the concrete uneven and he said its sunny and it is dried and nothing he could do. I asked for the money back and later when I went inside my home, he left the place without informing us with all the mess with concrete spots all over the house and pile of rocks left on the road, wood thrown inside the basement window vent and with other damages. He texted me saying he left the job and all the concrete was 5" I kept pulling him out while working. After multiple calls and texts he said he will pay me back the 7,000$ for turf but later when we called him he said he will not give any money back.
