      Laurel Landscapes took months to develop a design plan for our yard, got ** to sign a contract, took our payment but has done NO landscaping work at all. They are not responding to emails or calls at any of their locations. Wish I could give them a lot less than one star!

      After a few visits with Laurels gardeners with whom I was quite pleased with, the company has gone silent. There has been no communication with the garden manager who came on after I contracted with Laurel to do garden maintenance. They quit contacting me about the schedule of service and the gardeners have not been here for several weeks. They took a @ $450 deposit that was to be applied toward Fall clean up, which now I fear may be lost. My main point of contact has been with the gardeners, who now tell me that hey dont know what is happening with the business. Laurel has not been communicating with me about the terms of our contract and have recently failed to perform those services.

      Stay very far away from this company! They changed their name from KitchenDoor to Laurel Landscaping because they are scamming people. This company uses labor that looks like they were picked up outside of a ********** and aren't even on their staff. I feel like I was lied to every step of the way. They are all so unprofessional even the person who came out to my house and walked my property in sandals. I wanted to have a new yard design and a few vegetable garden boxes that's it. I had numerus calls with a designer and he seemed to never understand what I was looking for. I was also blind sided by the outrages cost for a design after already paying $500 for a deposit for my design. These people have no business being in the landscaping industry. I sent my blueprint that took two months to receive to another landscaping company and they were half the price. The work is poor overpriced and they don't actually do any of the work.
