    I retained Tannenbaum Design Group's ******* services for two landscape design mock-*** and then hourly project oversight, as needed, starting in April 2024. On 8/20/24, I paid $13,2623.00 in cash via ****** for hard materials, including lobelias and trellis, and $2,674.10 for edging, which was eventually returned as it was delayed in arriving. A refund for the edging was processed on 9/24/24 and was sent back to ***, as confirmed by the edging company. The hard materials invoice also included a trellis and lobelias, which never arrived.I have not obtained a refund or a comprehensive response from *** regarding the refund status. I asked to pause ***'s services on 9/6/24 and officially terminated services on 10/1/24. I have received little to no response and reached out multiple times for a refund for the $2,674.10 edging and the trellis and lobelias costs. *** offered to refund me $1,637.60, deducting final expenses and credit card fees on 10/7/24. I've asked for a detailed invoice supporting that amount, as ***'s services were paused on 9/6/24, and all invoices were paid to date. I have received no response since 10/7/24 despite three follow-***. I am kindly asking for assistance in resolving this matter to receive a refund for the returned edging, the trellis, and the lobelias, all of which I paid for and never arrived or were never purchased by ***. I initially requested a refund on 9/24/24, when the refund for the edging was processed back to TDG.
