    Terrible. Absolutely terrible business owner. I had used ***** 2 years ago to get my snowblower running and had no issues. So this year when I needed a snowblower tune up and my lawn mower was not running I called *****. I completely ignored all the recent negative reviews because I had no issues before. What a mistake. First of all anyone who only accepts cash or Venmo is shady from the jump. You as the consumer have no recourse.So my mower died half way through the first pass after he fixed it. I contacted him. He said he would come by the following week to take a look. He texted to say he was in the area, but I was in a meeting and was not able to respond and when I did he was no longer in the area. I tried to schedule something again and was told he would be in touch. I reached out again and he said he would take care of it the next week on a day I was at work all day. I asked if we could schedule a mutually convenient time. This request was ignored. I had paid this is joker $325 to service both machines, I should not be chasing him down months after the fact he had been paid in full to complete the job. I tried holding him accountable saying I really wanted this resolved or I would notify BBB. He proceeded to block me and essentially said to F off. Stay away from this guy and take your business elsewhere. Read the reviews. This is a trend with this guy and dont want him taking advantage of anyone else.I have our entire text exchange in writing that I am happy to provide
