************************************* scammed me into using a psychologist that was unethical. She was hired to protect my best interest instead she protected my ex's hubands who paid her lots of money. Ironically her past office in Broomfield is currently being occupied by opposing counsel *************************. These two clearly colluded to push Parental Alienation Symdrome in my case and they colluded with the psychologist in the best interest of money. The legal tactic, called parental alienation syndrome, is applied in family court when it is believed the childs preferred parent has indoctrinated the child into rejecting the other by using psychological manipulation. The PA theory claims that certain behaviors in the child are indicative of alienation, including when a child sees no redeeming qualities in the rejected parent or the child expresses feelings that are highly critical of the rejected parent.ing occupied by my opposing counsel whom also is a big Parental Alienation Syndrome pusher. It is important to note that PA claims are often used as a defense against alleged abuse. When used successfully, the court might ignore evidence of abuse and create a parenting plan that only allows the preferred parent to see the child in a supervised visit. In some cases, the court restricts all contact between the child and the preferred parent. Judges then ***** full or primary custody to the rejected and abusive parent. This firm cost me 1/2 million dollars in legal fees and they conduct businesses in family court matters by throwing the penniless mother under the bus. They now claim of course to be mother's rights law firm because they once were part of the mess that created revenue by pushing PAS now they want to get paid for helping you clean up their mess.
