    I have been subscribed to this monthly subscription for underwear for years. November 5, 2024 I was charged the monthly $ ***** and never received my package. December 5, 2024 I was charged the monthly $***** and never received my package. Since then I have tried to cancel my subscription but the company seems to have disappeared. They will not respond to emails or phone calls, they deleted their Instagram and blocked me on ********. There website has disappeared and is now up for purchase on ***********.

    They charged me for a subscription and order I never received. Put store credit on my account then went out of business with no notification. Website and social media is gone. I cannot log in to cancel subscription and lost $200 that are sitting in store credit because they failed to deliver items

    My husband ******* ****** placed order ******* for 2 pairs of pajamas that were $25.00 a piece. He placed the order the end of September and the original delivery was supposed to be before October 3rd. October 3rd came and went, and no pajamas were delivered. My husband reached out to BootayBag multiple times to investigate. I included the email sent 10/19. The pajamas were not received until early November. The pajamas run extremely small. The order was for a size large and my daughter who is a size small tried them on and they were cropped even for her. When my husband placed the order there was an additional charge to be able to receive a full refund. He paid that fee. I attempted to start a return on the website, but the return link did not work. When you clicked on the link the words "Redo will be available very soon. Please stay tuned."I then attempted to call Bootaybag via the phone number on the website, but it would ring and disconnect. I sent several emails and received very few responses. The only way I was able to receive a response was to go through the Contact Us form on the website. If I responded to an email I would not get a response. I contacted them via email and phone multiple times 11/4, 11/6, 11/15, 11/20, 11/21, 12/26 and 12/27. I advised the return link was not working and requested a return label, or even the address to mail a return to them directly and was never given the information or a valid link to process a return. I would request a refund and would be willing to return the merchandise, I just need to know where it needs to be sent.

    This company is an underwear subscription brand that charges month and ships out unique clothing pieces. However, despite charging subscribers and customers, the company has not sent out the product. On top of that, the company has shut down the website and social media account on Instagram, and emails bounce back, so customers have no way of canceling their subscriptions or filing for a refund. Despite this, and the lack of communication from CEO Elleyette *****, the company is still taking money.

    I never received product that I ordered over a month ago. There is no communication. The business website is down, emails are bouncing back. Its like theyve disappeared.

    Order date of Nov 8 2024 order# *******. It has been a full month of no information on my items I sent over 8 emails and always get an automated response. Last week I tried to check back with the customer service and found out they shut down their website and email and can no longer get a refund. My order was $144.60.

    Made an online purchase on November 8th, 2024. It's 12/18/2024 and I've yet to receive a shipping notification. Emails go unanswered. They blocked me on Instagram when I messaged them about it. Comments on their last posts show others going through the same thing. I've filed a dispute with my bank but it's pending investigation. I've sent 5 emails and 3 Instagram messages and no replies. No refund either.

    October 5, 2024 my recurring charge was processed for my subscription. Orders typically ship within 2 weeks. I never received the product but was charged for the next month. No communication from the company about the issue. I paid $27.50 each month. I have yet to hear an update regarding both October and November orders. Company is also unresponsive via social media. Comments show multiple customers are experiencing the same issue.The charge is for a monthly underwear subscription. I contacted via email and text.

    *** ordered monthly from this business for at least the past 5 years. This last month (Oct), I never received my order or even a shipping confirmation. When I reached out to request the shipping info, I was told it was not shipped and I therefore asked a refund as it seemed unclear when the shipping would occur and I had already waited over a month since I was billed for this order. Ive reached out numerous times to be issued a refund as I canceled my subscription all together. I have waited over the period the refund was supposed to processed and still have not received a refund and the business did not deliver my order. Why am I getting charged when the service is not getting performed? Zero customer service and nearly impossible to reach anyone or get a clear answer to what is going on.

    Bootay Bag markets their company as a monthly subscription. My order was processed September 5th and has yet to arrive. *** reached out to their customer service through email, chat on their website, social media and text messaging and received a link that doesnt even work but have since then been completely ignored. They claim shipping takes 5-14 business days but this is a common occurrence. A lot of their products can be purchased on websites like ****** for a fraction of the price which isnt my issue but a point that should be made. They hide and delete comments on their social media where people complain about their card being charged and products never showing up. This company was completely different a few years ago and I would consistently order from them every month. *** cancelled my subscription but at this point I think the only fair thing is for me to receive a refund.

    I wanted reach out in regards to complaint #******** on the company Bootay Bag. I had basically told them after weeks of no response and dodging my issue from their customer service that if it wasnt resolved I would be filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. Over 12 hours later they responded by saying a refund had been issued and would hit my bank within 3-5 business days. That still hasnt happened. I will attach photos to prove this. Also, please note, my package that was supposedly shipped in October still hasnt arrived. This company has been scamming numerous consumers out of money for years. Please investigate them.
