    This transaction occurred 08/01/2024. I went to the liquor store and bought a vape from them that was not hitting correctly and seemed fake to me. I went back to the liquor store and told them it was fake and proved it was counterfeit with the code on the packaging that verifies the product is real or counterfeit. I paid $60 for two counterfeit bars. I told the cashier and he agreed that it was counterfeit but said he would not give me my money back. He told me to come back in three days when the boss would be there. I demanded his boss's phone number and finally he gave it to me after going back and forth for minutes. I called her and she began yelling at me telling me that it's not her responsibility or her legal obligation to give me money back because she bought it from a wholesaler. I told her that it was her responsibility to buy from a trusted wholesaler and I wanted my money back. She began yelling and cussing at me and then hung up and blocked my number. I am furious.

    customer came in on august 1st, 2024 he purchased one geek bar puff at priced $24.99 called Miami mint, proof of receipt is attached above he only purchased one not two as the receipt is attached, first of all when a customer walk in to the ********************** purchasing a puff bar we have them try it once the sale is complete to make sure its in a working condition before they leave our store. in this case this particular customer we did as we always normally do our do diligence to make sure the puff bar is working and he confirmed its in the working condition and left the store. customer came back after one hour and calming that we sold him fake and counterfeit products, he keep yelling, cussing, threating the cashier and refused to leave the store, which ****** gave him my number to call me which he called and started yelling, cussing and using abusive languages toward me when i was trying got explained to him how we get the products we only buy this from the wholesalers we don't know if they are providing us fake or all of the stores across they buy this products provided from Wholsalers. once customer leaves from the ********************** with the product they cant return or refund it which some customers would try to bring product not even purchased in our store and try to get it refund this products sales every corner I'm trying to explain here is we didn't sell him two he only purchase one calming he did two second like i said he could bought it somewhere else the second one he calming and he discover its fake and trying to get the refund from our store.
