1 starI am a member of ************. I received a message that I have an excellent chance for approval of refinancing my auto. Auto Pay pulled my credit. I had to choose a plan/financing option, which would lower my payment by at least $300. So, I applied and was approved. My credit score is over 715 and my gross is over $108K/year. They contacted me and advised me that I would have put down $6700 in order for me to obtain the loan and my monthly payment would increase substantially, which was outrageously higher than my current monthly payment. I advised them that if I had known this, I would have never allowed you to waste my time by pulling my credit and getting a hard hit.I think this was very misleading and the individuals I spoke to customer service about about this process and he (****) was not sympathetic at all as to what my explanation was and how I was mislead. I will never recommend this company to anyone and if there was some way I can removed this credit pull from my report, the information would be helpful. All I was told was that the information for the approval process was in the fine print. So typical of them to say that. I am very disappointed with this company. A major waste of my time!AC Auto Pay

While we understand your concern, it is standard for lenders to request a downpayment for an applicant due to the loan to value ratio of the vehicle. 1 starMisleading bait and switch! Mailer says they can lower auto payments by $490 per month, saying nothing about changing the term of the loan. Actual savings for the same term was less than $4 per month.AC Auto Pay

1 starThis is a bait and switch operation. When given all credit and loan information they advertise a competitive refinance rate until they run a hard credit check. Then they inform you (only by telephone) that they can't even match your current rate. Beware of this business. They are not what they represent.Review fromDeanna B

1 starI started a refinance request online, received a call from ****** that I qualified for the loan. The selected rate was 8.97% 84 months. When I spoke to her she then said the best rate was over 10% with 3k down. This is more than misleading it is a lie. I got a quote rate and then it was not real. Disgusted.AC Auto Pay
