      If I could leave zero stars I would. I was locked on my balcony at my apartment complex and my apartments. Emergency line told me that they would not be willing to offer me help and that I needed to call a locksmith. So I did a bit of ****** research researching on these people seems highly reputable and decently priced. Their website states that their fee starts at $30 and goes up based off of services needed not based off with the person showing up. Not at any point between me calling them and asking them for their services and them showing up did they mention anything about their pricing and theyre ridiculous scamming. But eventually a locksmith showed up he was in a car that was not a work van like they have shown on their website, and then he proceeds to completely bust my door frame to the point where now it wont stay shut and theres a gap in the lock where you can see between my living room and the hallway. When I sat there arguing with him about the pricing of 388 due to the fact that their website says that they started $30 he decided that he was gonna go down to 50 and when I still argued with him, he told me that I needed to pay it. He stood there and would not leave so I had to pay it and now Im trying to fight it with my bank and also with you guys so that hopefully that doesnt become an issue in the future. I also posted on Reddit about the situation and there are quite a few other people in the area that have also previously been scammed by these guys and the only way that they were able to get the price on the website was if they offered to leave a good ****** review. So not only are there ****** reviews misleading but their website is also heavily misleading.

      ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE They sent out a third-party locksmith that had no clue what he was doing. He ended up having to borrow my drill and drill bits to drill out my ignition which was entirely unnecessary and charged me more money for it. All I needed was a key made for the ignition and for the door I ended up with four different cut keys that all work on the door. And one that barely works on the ignition. Tons of damage done to my column my high beams don't work and my turn signals are sporadic the interior of the truck was left with metal shavings everywhere. Management won't return my messages or calls. Took him over 4 hrs and he was over an hour late.

      My sliding glass door lock failed and I called Mile High locksmith to come fix or replace it. The locksmith came (No mention of an increased weekend fee and no estimate price), he messed with the lock, sprayed some lubricant on it and said there was nothing else he could do. He did not want to replace the lock. I was charged about $200 for this service! Soon after he left, the lock broke completely and I learned how to replace a lock myself. I tried calling the next business day to request a refund, was told I would get a call back from management that day. No call back. I sent an email to management, their email address kicked it back to me. I called again to speak to a manager to request a refund, I have yet to get a call back. Very dissatisfied, will never use again and will not recommend to anyone. Zero Stars rating if I could.

      This is a very dishonest company!! ********************** on them.Unfortunately, Mile High Locksmith was at my home this morning to highjack me. They stated they would repair the lock for $125, then tried to charge me $178 which I refused to pay. Ended up paying them $155 to take the lock apart and douse it and my key with WD40. Did not change any parts. The guy could hardly speak or understand English; we communicated by text message, standing side-by-side. Too bad he was recommended by the BBB.Thank you,*****

      Dont waste your time or your money.Attitudes and workmanship are terrible with this company! The locksmith was on his phone talking to others the majority of time.. spent time looking thru his trunk to find needed parts and complaining the house was old! I called the manager and complained of the price because it escalated after the initial bid and the poor workmanship. Was told hed send me $50. ! You guessed it, Im still waiting on that check!

      If I could give this company a minus star I would worst communication ever with a business took my hundred and seventy bucks to not even finish the job and was ghosted there after would not recommend them to even unlock my car, would find a wire hanger first.
