      The owner knows *** has to print the labels for NIKe.com - the owner refuses to honor the agreement between **** and *** - the owner told me she has been doing this for 20 years - I spoke with **** and other *** stores that have concurred - the owner is practicing unscrupulous practices and should not be allowed to a janitor nevermind owner

      The customer came in our location on 3/28/23 and presented us with a *** label on his phone.  Proceeded to tell the customer that the label needed to be printed because it was an actual label not a scannable bar code.  He proceeded to belittle my associate by reading an entire email that clearly stated he needed to present a bar code and not a label.  He read it himself and still proceeded to argue that we "had" to scan his label from his phone.  Our procedure with Nike.com is a mobile code that Nike.com sends them, not an actual label. If the customer is given an actual label it needs to be printed.  This customer was not understanding what was being explained to him.  He proceeded to call us entitled.  I am not even sure what that is supposed to mean. He was yelling at us and being very rude to me and my female associate.

      This is not a matter for the BBB, this is just a customer who didn't get his way.
